Charles and Donna Persinger celebrated their 50th Anniversary on December 15, 2017. They were married in Ogden, Utah. They, with their children, were sealed in the St. George Temple on December 15, 1982. They met at Weber State.
Charlie graduated from Waynesboro High School in Waynesboro, Virginia, and from Weber State College in Ogden, Utah. Because of his employment they have made their home in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, Everett and Tacoma, Washington, Barstow, California, with a return to Utah, living in Kaysville, and now West Point, Utah. He was an employee of Union Pacific for 42 years and also worked for The Milwaukee Road and Amtrak.
Donna graduated from Ben Lomond High School in Ogden, Utah, and attended Weber State College. She worked for The Dee Memorial Hospital and had a 30 year career with Davis County School Foods retiring as their HACCP Manager.
They have two children, Casey Persinger of West Point, Utah; and Cara (Mark) Glauser of Syracuse, Utah; four grandchildren, and two great-grandsons.
They will be celebrating with family and friends December 30, 2017.
